Act 1696- The Unborn Child Pain Awareness and Prevention Act of 2005.
Act 537- An Act to require parental consent before performing an abortion on a minor.
Act 663- An Act to create an acute stroke care task force.
HR 1016- Requesting that all members of the Arkansas Delegation to the United States Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives support the Federal Marriage Amendment too the United States Constitution.
Act 744- An Act to provide for the issuance of an Identity theft Passport by the Attorney General to victims of financial identity fraud.
HB 2971- An Act to prohibit interference with student-led and student-initiated prayers at public school functions.
Act 162- An Act to allow donated prescription medications to be dispensed to patients at charitable clinics.
Act 246- The Student Identity Protection Act.
Act 63- An Act to repeal the income tax surcharge beginning with tax year 2005.
Act 538- An Act to establish the Arkansas Rx Program.
Act 668- An Act to make the Gift of Life Act that will allow for a deduction from individual income tax for organ donation.
Act 920- The Military Service Protection Act
Act 2187- An Act to create the state income tax exemption for Armed Service members.
Act 85- An Act to assist students at state supported post-secondary education institutes who are called into military service.
HCR 1005- To encourage all physician and healthcare providers in Arkansas to accept Tricare patients to increase the availability of medical services to members of the Arkansas National Guard and Reserves, active duty and veterans.
HR 1003- To encourage all institutions of higher education to participate in the partial tuition waiver program for members of the Arkansas National Guard and Reserves.
SJR1- Proposing an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution for the preservation of hunting and fishing.

Due to Acts 4 & 5 sponsored & passed by Rep. Creekmore, Arkansas now has one of the toughest and strictest sex offender laws in the nation.
Act 4- The Child Protection Act
Act 5- Enhancing sentences for sex offenders involving children less than 14 years of age.
Act 1779- An Act that prohibits registered sex offenders from working with children.
Act 1018- An Act to include the use of a scanning device or a re-encoder in the offense of financial identity fraud.
Act 1233- An Act to create the address confidentiality program for victims of domestic violence or their dependents.
Act 731- An Act concerning the declaration of election results.
Act 55- An Act to amend the petition form for an order of protection to eliminate any requirement for disclosure of Social Security numbers.
Act 29- An Act to clarify that combat zone compensation of members of the Armed Forces is exempt from Arkansas individual income tax
HB 1030- To provide penalties for the improper display of credit cards.
Act 1212, 432- Provided for $120,000 in grants to local fire department in District 27.
Act 2113- An Act to provide compensation to employees of state agencies and state supported institutions of higher education who were called to active duty in emergency activities after Sept. 11, 2001.
